    • Temperatures of serving wines greatly influence perception of aromas and therefore, food and wine pairing. Here are ideal serving temperatures:

    Fines bubbles : 6 to 8°C Dry white and rosé wines : 9to 11°C Sweet wines : 8°C Young light red wines : 12 to 14°C Red wines (aged) : 16°C Older aged red wines : 18°C

    • Serving wine at a meal should generally start with the lightest, progressing to the full-bodied; from white to red; from dry to sweet and from young to old… • The choice of wine should be made depending on the type of food, but especially by the way of cooking and any accompanying sauce.
